So what is Starletviews about? Quite simple actually, it’s about the career of the new generation in Hollywood or starlets as they are affectionately called. The career is the main thing. There are hundreds of blogs out there that just post gossip and trash about them (you know what sites are meant by that), doing anything to tear them down with no particular reason to do so. You won’t see that on Starletviews; we might be critical at times but that’s only because of actions that influence their career and not their personal life. We will not trash someone just so we get a little attention from other people.

You won’t see tons of celebrity pictures on here either. Why not? It’s just a cheap way of getting visitors to your site. It also costs a lot of money and is no guarantee for success so at this time it wouldn’t be a wise business decision for Starletviews either. Things however change so you can never know in what way Starletviews might be expanded in the future.

Even though Starletviews posts news, there are also opinions on this site. These opinions aren’t to be taken as fact. We only use credible news sources like the Hollywood Reporter or Variety. You won’t see us quoting anonymous sources, mainly because they’re excuses for editors to be able to release a story with no truth factor. This doesn’t mean that we can’t make mistakes either; even the most reliable news sources have released stories that turned out not to be true. If that’s the case we’ll admit to it and correct our mistake.

As everyone can see there are ads on the site. These are there to cover the cost of the hosting and with any luck even bring a profit. We will however not go beyond the number of ads that’s there now, you won’t see pop ups or annoying in line ads. For the simple reason that we hate them ourselves so we don’t want to bother other people with them. Our site is spamware free.

Don’t be fooled by the TVGuide logo; we might have a partnership set up with them but we’re not part of TVGuide. Though we can’t exclude a deeper partnership in the future, if and when that happens you will be able to see that clearly of course.
